This is a classic origami lily pattern, folded for centuries. I've taken it to the next level by folding it from a single sheet of .999 fine silver. It is then highly polished, and a metal loop attached behind the upper leaf. 

 

The flower measures 1/2 inch across, and comes on an 18 inch Sterling chain.
